Cornerstone Television Network is Pittsburgh's thuisbasis voor Christelijke Televisie, 24/7. Opgericht in 1979, concentreerde CTVN zich op één missie: het Evangelie aan zo veel mogelijk mensen brengen, zo snel mogelijk, op de meest effectieve manier door de kracht van de Heilige Geest. Nu, meer dan veertig jaar later, heeft CTVN meer dan elf originele programma's en honderden andere ministeriële programma's die worden uitgezonden naar bijna 6 miljoen huishoudens in het hele land. De hierboven genoemde overtuigingen zijn gemeenschappelijk voor alle christenen. Zij zijn de essentie. Ze zijn solide bijbels en worden aanvaard door theologen van alle grote denominaties en geloofstradities. In het lichaam van Christus (de kerk) is er echter een grote verscheidenheid aan niet-essentiële zaken. Wij erkennen dit en accepteren graag onze broeders en zusters die van ons kunnen verschillen op het gebied van genezing, doop en eschatologie. Zoals John Wesley ooit zei: In essentie: Eenheid, in niet-essentiële zaken: Vrijheid, in alle dingen: Naastenliefde.
