München TV est une station de télévision régionale de Munich. Depuis 2005, la station est exploitée par München Live TV Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG depuis 2005. München Live TV Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG produit également le programme RTL München live.Avec ses programmes télévisés, la chaîne s'adresse aux téléspectateurs de Munich et de Haute-Bavière et rend compte de l'actualité et de ce qui se passe dans la zone de diffusion dans le programme d'information münchen heute. Jusqu'en avril 2020, Monika Eckert a présenté l'émission, qui est diffusée en direct à 18 heures et répétée à 19 heures et 21 heures. Depuis mai, Eva Nusshart est la présentatrice du journal télévisé aux côtés de Timo Miechielsen.La rédactrice en chef de la chaîne, Marion Gehlert, anime le talk-show Stadtgespräch, qui traite de sujets d'actualité de Munich. Entre autres, le maire de Munich est un invité régulier. Dans l'émission Menschen in München (Les gens de Munich), l'ancien rédacteur en chef Jörg van Hooven s'entretient avec un grand nombre de personnalités de la politique, de l'art et de la culture, généralement lors d'une promenade dans Munich.
