The Offene Kanal Magdeburg is open to everyone who wants to make film and television in Magdeburg: Young and old, individuals and groups, associations, initiatives, pupils and schools, students and universities, young filmmakers and journalists in short: for everyone who enjoys making television. They all help to bring the Open Channel to life and to create a station that makes programs from, about and for the city.
