DW (Deutsche Welle). Centrada en programas de noticias e información, comenzó a emitir el 1 de abril de 1992. DW emite vía satélite y asciende desde Berlín. El servicio de emisión en inglés de DW se dirige a una audiencia internacional. DW Árabe se dirige a los arabófonos que llegaron a Europa como refugiados y a los residentes de Oriente Medio. DW Arabic ofrece una cobertura mediática imparcial de los acontecimientos más importantes del mundo árabe, de Europa y del mundo desde Alemania. Las emisiones diarias son noticiarios, documentales, magazines y temas de actualidad que se transmiten las veinticuatro horas del día alternando entre el alemán y el inglés para América del Norte y del Sur y también dos horas al día en español. También emite tres horas diarias en árabe.
