Transmite uma grande variedade de novelas e tem uma quantidade aceitável de conteúdos e notícias locais.Em 22 de Julho de 2018, a Citizen TV revelou o seu novo estúdio de televisão e apresentadores de notícias estelares. Estes incluíam Lulu Hassan e Rashid Abdalla, o primeiro casal a apresentar as notícias na televisão queniana. A estação também lançou uma filial da Ramogi TV em 2021.
