The channel is mainly dedicated to broadcasting Supreme Court and Supreme Court rulings live, but there are also news, debates, films and dictatorial programs on its schedule.
It is available nationwide on cable television and the internet. In the federal district it is also available on the digital terrestrial channel 48 UHF.
Most of his programs are available on his YouTube channel and are continuously broadcast on the internet via the Supreme Court channel. TV Justiça was admittedly the first television channel in the world to broadcast court sessions of a country's Supreme Court live. Other nations such as England and Mexico, inspired by the Brazilian experience, also broadcast the processes of their constitutional courts.
TV Justiça had its first subsidiary in 2004, TV Caravelas in Ipatinga / MG, on NET cable television channel 11, or through the Internet on the TV Caravelas website.
