In the journalism sector, TV Cultura broadcasts the Jornal da Cultura, the talk show Roda Viva, the oldest interview program on Brazilian television, the electronic magazine Matéria de Capa, the "eco-telejornal" Repórter Eco, a pioneer of its kind in the country, and Panorama, an interview program with experts on various subjects.
Of the sports programs, TV Cultura aired attractions like Cartão Verde (Green Card) and Grandes Momentos do Esporte (Great Moments of Sports). The station also hosted several sports commentators and personalities such as Juca Kfouri, José Trajano, Jorge Kajuru, Flávio Prado, Nivaldo Prieto, Armando Nogueira, among others.
Nowadays, TV Cultura shows a diversified programming for the children audience, with new block programs such as 1, 2, 3 already besides the four series Cocorico na Cidade, Rá-Tim-Bum, Mundo da Lua and Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum and Ninguém Merece!
