Khyber TV, also called AVT Khyber is a Pashto entertainment television channel, providing quality Pashto entertainment for Pakhtun (Pashtun) around the world. AVT Khyber (Khyber TV) provides Pashto Drama, Pashto Songs, Pashto Talk Show, Pashto Tappay, Pashto Kids Show and Pashto Musical Shows. It has become the largest source of entertainment in the Pashto language.
The channel broadcasts 24 hours a day, providing educational, news, variety, drama and entertainment programs to the Pashtun people of Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well as those living in the Middle East, Europe and Australia. Unlike most TV stations in Pakistan, AVT programs are only in Pashto language.
AVT Khyber's head office is located in Islamabad, Pakistan. It also has regional offices in the cities of Peshawar and Quetta in Pakistan, as well as in Jalalabad, Kabul and Kandahar in Afghanistan.
