CNN Indonesia provides current news and information quickly and reliably. Our news can be accessed 24/7, equipped with a variety of topics ranging from politics, world news, economics, modern lifestyle and football news.
Programs are broadcast 24 hours a day through digital terrestrial TV stations, pay-TV providers Transvision and IndiHome across the country; and live streaming services for foreign viewers. As of 2022, the majority of CNN Indonesia's programming is produced locally. The channel's news programs are broadcast simultaneously via the free-to-air networks of Trans Media, Trans TV and Trans7. CNN Indonesia started as an online portal, CNNIndonesia.com, on October 24, 2014 with Yusuf Arifin as its editor. It made its soft launch as a news channel on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the proclamation of the country's independence on August 17, 2015; the official launch of the local franchise took place on Trans Media's 14th anniversary on December 15, 2015.
