Telepavia is founded on February 1, 2010 with headquarters in Vigevano in Via Carlo Gusberti 17 as a local broadcaster in the territory of Pavia, Vigevano, Lomellina and Voghera.
On that date Telepavia is a provincial television broadcasting exclusively on channel 691, inside the MUX of Telesettelaghi. The publisher is Giovanni Arrigone while the head of the newspaper is Claudio Micalizio.
At the beginning of 2014 Telepavia enters the MUX of Telelombardia and becomes visible also on channel 116. Afterwards, the Auditel data collection starts at regional level and Telepavia reaches 33,000 daily listeners.
