Televízia LUX is a Slovak Catholic television. Our ambition is to build a television alternative in Slovakia, a means of spreading peace, encouragement and values.At a time when people are inundated with a lot of information and often disgusted by shallowness and tabloidism, we offer a channel of family television that viewers will feel comfortable with and that children, adults and the elderly will turn on with joy and without fear. LUX Television is the fruit of the cooperation between the Slovak Bishops' Conference and LUX communication. It offers a programme in line with the doctrine and life of the Catholic Church. Its aim is to bring people the opportunity to learn about and be strengthened in their faith, from which they can draw strength to live their daily lives.Our ambition is to build a television alternative in Slovakia, a means of spreading peace and encouragement.We see LUX TV as a great gift that enables the creation of community. We want to compete for your trust and bring valuable programmes that will help build the relationships we experience.
