TV JOJ is a private Slovak television channel owned by J&T Enterprises and launched in March 2002. The channel broadcasts drama series and TV shows.TV JOJ is the flagship television channel of JOJ Media House, one of the two main commercial television broadcasters in Slovakia, which is owned by the Slovak investment group J&T. The channel was launched in 2000 as TV Global and was renamed TV JOJ in 2002. JOJ Media House has since launched or acquired several other thematic TV channels in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.Its main competitor is TV Markíza, as well as the public broadcaster RTVS.
